Yasaka Rakza 7 Soft is one of the most popular rubbers in the Rakza family, using a high percentage of natural rubber gum in the topsheet. This significantly improves grip and spin potential. The topsheet is combined with the Power Sponge, working together in perfect synergy to create the Hybrid Energy rubber.
In Rakza 7 Soft, the topsheet is identical to Rakza 7, while the sponge is softer. This results in more sound and a noticeable built-in speed glue effect, giving the rubber a lively and dynamic feel.
Control characteristics are further improved with Rakza 7 Soft. After topspin strokes, the ball trajectory is slightly higher, providing larger margins during rallies. In the short game and return play, the ball feeling is softer and more controlled.
