With the IFC (Individual Frequency Control), the timing of the balls in an exercise can be configured in such a way that an absolutely realistic playing tempo is created. When one rep isn't enough, cycle and grouping features make it easy to create interval training sessions that repeat or string together one or more exercises with short rest periods.
